Scope: Mandatory for large food businesses, importers, 100% export-oriented units, and those operating in multiple states.

- Food Safety Management System (FSMS) Plan:

- NOC from the Municipality or Panchayat:
No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the local municipal authority or panchayat, as applicable.
- Proof of Annual Turnover:
Documents such as audited financial statements, sales turnover details, or a self-declaration of the annual turnover.
- Declaration Form:
A self-declaration stating that the information provided is accurate and complies with FSSAI regulations.
- Form IX for Nomination of Persons:

- Import-Export Code (IEC) for Importers/Exporters:
